Real notice schema
Each notice carries clause reference, awareness date, deadline date, recipient role, severity, consequence, and notice type (Notice or Submission).
AI clarifying questions
Where the event description is ambiguous, the AI asks 2–4 follow-up questions before generating notices — date, free-text, or single-select.
Particular Conditions aware
Reads your project's PCs and Appendix to Tender. Modified notice periods, changed recipients and deleted clauses are reflected.
Drafted correspondence
Initial notices have a one-click draft action that downloads a Word .docx. Submissions (particulars / detailed claims) have their own deadline.
Status workflow
Pending → Served (date picker) → Undo. Missed status when the deadline lapses without service. Bulk merge and delete supported in Manage mode.
Programme-aware deadlines
Deadlines are calculated from the awareness date the AI infers from your event description and programme — not just the date you logged it.
