ControlsIQ is an AI-powered construction project-controls platform. It analyses your FIDIC contract, programme and project data to answer entitlement, notice, schedule and delay questions in minutes instead of hours — grounded in your actual documents, not generic training data.
Which contracts does ControlsIQ support?+
The FIDIC suite — Red, Yellow and Silver Books, in both the 1999 and 2017 editions — analysed against the project's General Conditions together with your uploaded Particular Conditions.
What can I upload?+
Your Particular Conditions and Contract Data (Word, PDF or text), and programmes as Primavera P6 XER, Microsoft Project (XML/MPP) or Excel. ControlsIQ reads them natively, so every answer reflects your real project.
Is my data used to train AI models?+
No. Your content is never used to train ControlsIQ's, Anthropic's, or any other AI model. AI processing runs through the Anthropic Claude API, whose retention of inputs and outputs is capped and then auto-deleted. See our Trust and Privacy pages for details.
Does ControlsIQ replace professional judgement?+
No. ControlsIQ is decision-support software. Its outputs are probabilistic and must be reviewed by a qualified construction professional before reliance — they are not legal advice or expert evidence.
How do professionals use ControlsIQ day to day?+
Quantity surveyors, claims consultants, planners and contract managers use ControlsIQ across the project lifecycle — checking entitlements to time and cost, drafting and tracking contractual notices, assessing schedule health, and building delay and claims positions from the actual contract and programme rather than from memory. It is also designed to support RICS members under the RICS professional standard on the responsible use of AI in surveying practice (September 2025): it discloses that AI is used, prompts independent professional review at the point of output, keeps an exportable audit trail, lets the named surveyor record a reliability decision, and produces an AI Use Summary you can attach to client work. ControlsIQ is not RICS-approved — RICS operates no such programme — and responsibility for compliance remains with the member. See our RICS page for detail.
