Time-slice windows
Two programme snapshots per window — start and finish — analysed independently. Forecast at window finish, delay quantum, critical-path-changed flag, top delayed activities.
Longest-path tracing
True longest path — not just zero-float. Both start-of-window and finish-of-window paths shown side-by-side, with new-on-path and dropped-from-path activities highlighted.
Root-cause walk
Walks back from the delay driver through predecessors with a propagation chain — slip days, float consumed, effective contribution. Cause-shift detection when the underlying obligation is fulfilled but the dependent stalls.
Event correlation
Linked events from Notice Tracker get one of three outcomes: Correlated, Weak link, or Not related. Affected activity is user-selectable; correlation re-runs on change.
Notice time-bar
28-day awareness window from Sub-Clause 20.1 / 20.2.1. Late notice excludes an event from EOT even when correlation is strong — surfaced in the engine's reasoning string.
Knock-on toggle
When correlation is weak, not-related, or cause-shifted, you can tag the link as knock-on of the same event's earlier-window verdict — entitlement carries forward only if it qualified earlier.
