Business and corporate customers are served through our Enterprise plan, which includes a custom Service Level Agreement with terms tailored to your organisational use. The self-serve consumer plan is not available to business buyers. You'll be directed to our Enterprise enquiry form.
Business use of ControlsIQ is governed by our standard Terms (Swiss law · ICC arbitration) and a negotiated Service Level Agreement with liability terms suited to organisational use. The self-serve consumer plan and its statutory consumer protections are for individuals only.
Controls your IT & compliance teams will ask about — included today
- Per-interaction AI audit log and an exportable AI Use Summary — designed to support reliability decisions in line with the RICS AI standard (see RICS alignment).
- No training on your data — contractually prohibited; AI inputs retained ≤ 7 days by the model provider, then deleted.
- MFA (TOTP) on every account; bcrypt-hashed credentials; EU-region managed PostgreSQL, encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Self-serve data export and account deletion; KVKK + GDPR-aligned legal stack with a consent audit ledger.
- Published sub-processor list with change notification; DPA and vendor-assessment pack on request via support@controlsiq.com.
