ControlsIQ provides AI-powered construction intelligence tools, including contract entitlement mapping, delay analysis, and project controls diagnostics. The Service is designed to assist construction professionals and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
The information and analysis provided by ControlsIQ is for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional legal, contractual, or claims consultancy advice. You should always consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on the output of our tools. ControlsIQ does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any analysis to your specific circumstances.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You may not use the Service to attempt to extract, reproduce, or redistribute copyrighted contract text (including FIDIC, NEC, JCT, or other standard forms); reverse-engineer the AI models or prompts; overwhelm the Service with automated requests; or engage in any unlawful activity.
ControlsIQ and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ControlsIQ and are protected by intellectual property laws. The Service references standard form contracts (such as FIDIC) which are the property of their respective publishers. ControlsIQ does not claim ownership of these contracts and does not reproduce their text.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion. Free tier usage is subject to the limits displayed in the application.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ControlsIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
