Underneath every Schedule tool
Programme upload · Key Dates Register
Drop a Primavera P6 .xer or MS Project .csv. Activities, calendars, relationships and baseline parsed natively. Every milestone lifts into the Key Dates Register — no rekeying.
Upload once. The schedule pillar reads it natively.
Schedule Health, Schedule Comparison, Delay Analysis, and Notice Tracker all consume the same parsed programme. The Key Dates Register reflects whatever you mark as baseline — change the baseline, the register repopulates.

Native XER parsing
Reads TASK, PROJWBS, CALENDAR, TASKPRED, TASKACTV, TASKRSRC. Calendar hours-per-day detected from the file — float and duration in days, not hours.
MS Project CSV import
Column-mapped headers from MS Project's standard export. Activities, dates, predecessors, baseline columns. No template — works with what Project produces by default.
Milestone auto-detection
Marks an activity as a milestone when its P6 task_type is TT_Mile or TT_FinMile, or when duration is zero. Same rule MS Project users see in their export.
Key Dates Register
Every detected milestone is written into the register with source = originating filename. Activity ID and name carry through verbatim — what the planner wrote is what the register shows. Capped at 100 entries per project.
Baseline-driven
Setting a new baseline atomically wipes auto-generated key dates and repopulates from the new baseline. Manual entries (source: null) survive every reload.
Editable per row
Rename a key date, edit its date, add a manual entry, or tick LD-bearing on the rows that carry liquidated damages — Notice Tracker reads that tick to drive time-bar handling. No automatic LD classification; the planner stays in control.
Multiple programmes
Baseline plus any number of revisions live alongside each other. Set baseline, run Schedule Comparison between any two revisions, run Delay Analysis windows.
Feeds everything
DCMA 14-point reads the same parsed programme. Schedule Comparison diffs revisions. Delay Analysis builds windows. Notice Tracker uses Key Dates for awareness. One parse — every tool.
