1.Company & Service Identification

Service classification: a subscription-based software service (SaaS) for the construction industry, delivered entirely digitally. There is no sale of physical goods, no shipment and no delivery logistics. Revenue is recurring (monthly/annual) subscription fees.

2.Scope of Service

ControlsIQ is a web-based decision-support software for professionals working on construction projects. The user uploads their own project documents (contract, programme/schedule, related data) and the software processes them to produce structured outputs. Every tool produces information / decision-support grounded in the user's own data. The service is not legal advice and does not carry on any regulated profession.

Delivery form: intangible, fully digital, provided through online access. No physical delivery.

3.Subscription Plans & Pricing

A freemium model: a free trial tier and recurring paid tiers. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. Prices are in EUR.

Recurring subscription: annual plans are billed once a year, monthly plans each month. The Free tier captures no card and does not auto-convert to a paid plan. Self-serve checkout will be enabled once a payment service provider is appointed.

4.Target Customers

• Who buys: professionals working on construction projects — technical-office engineers, claims consultants, project-controls engineers, contract managers, planners, cost managers.
• Customer type: primarily individual (B2C); partly corporate (B2B).

5.Delivery & Access

• Digital access is granted instantly upon payment confirmation.
• Access is via account login (e-mail + password; optional two-factor authentication).
• No physical delivery, shipment or stock. The service is entirely online.

6.Refund, Cancellation & Withdrawal

• Cancelling recurring billing: the user can stop auto-renewal at any time from account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with access continuing until then.
• No refund is issued for the current period, as the service is performed instantly.
• Consumer right of withdrawal: under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, for services performed instantly online the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised where the consumer has expressly waived it in advance and performance has begun. The waiver is confirmed by a separate checkbox before a paid plan starts, recorded with a timestamp.
• Defective-performance rights under Law No. 6502 are preserved.

7.Invoicing

• Individual consumers: an e-Arşiv invoice is issued and e-mailed.
• Registered taxpayers / traders: an e-Fatura is issued.
• Domestic consumers: VAT (KDV) is applied at the prevailing rate at the payment step.
• Foreign customers (service export): 0% VAT — the service-export VAT exemption (code 302) applies.

Refund / cancellation / withdrawal terms are set out in the User Agreement (Articles 6–7) and the Distance Sales Contract.

9.Security & Infrastructure

• Hosting: cloud-based application runtime + global CDN; database on managed PostgreSQL in a European Union region.
• Transport security: all traffic over TLS (HTTPS) with HSTS enabled and a valid certificate.
• Payment security: card payments are processed on the appointed payment provider / MoR infrastructure with 3D Secure. ControlsIQ does not store card numbers or verification data; PCI scope is minimal.
• AI sub-processor: user content sent for AI inference is retained by Anthropic for at most 7 days and not used to train models.
• Account security: password hashing (bcrypt), optional two-factor authentication (TOTP), security response headers.
